Along with the amenities comes entertainment. All major Kelowna Golf Courses have at least one restaurant and bar or lounge area. These clubhouses usually host events often that celebrate various holidays as well as fun game nights or live music. This makes it easy to get to know your neighbors and make friends. All the majors in Kelowna have celebrated chefs with amazing menus and Okanagan wine lists.
4. Breathtaking Views
Golf course communities typically have incredible views. I often say living on a golf course is like having the biggest yard imaginable that someone else maintains! Sunset Ranch, located just above YLW, has amazing lake, mountain, and valley views. While the KGCC is almost in the center of town, it boasts stunning views of Dilworth Mountain and direct access to all that Kelowna Downtown has to offer by a quick bike ride.

Homes on golf courses are in small communities with high standards and this makes them extremely desirable to homebuyers. They tend to hold their value.
