We toured through several buildings and decided on one that offered a pool, Pickleball court, a business center, and a Pilates studio. I negotiated for one of the only three-bedroom units in the complex to provide that extra space for her kids, and the prime downtown location means the girls can enjoy the beach and coffee shops with their friends, be close to transit, and my client has peace of mind knowing that they are in a secure building with a full-time concierge at the front door. Getting to know my client through the process of showing homes is critical to feeling fully confident when it's time to make an offer. My girlfriend contacted me to help her out with her parents' place in the Lower Mission—an older 70s home on a huge piece of land at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. They were downsizing after being there for 30 years and needed help getting organized, purging, donating, cleaning up, and staging. Their daughter was an absolute superstar, helping them stay motivated and make decisions, and putting in lots of elbow grease. I hired a stager to come through and give an opinion, and then she implemented the ideas herself, transforming their home and bringing it up to modern taste. We also had to find a home for them in a particular complex in Glenmore. I created letters and dropped them off at each door in the complex that matched their size requirement. We kept the home on the market at a slightly higher price, and once the perfect purchase came along, we dropped the price and produced a sale and a seamless, stress-free move. I love working with people and being held accountable to ensure that everything works well, stress is kept to a minimum, and trusting that the timing will work out for the best. It always does, and I'm happy to say these wonderful grandparents are now settled in their new, much more manageable home!

Stephanie helped my wife and I in both the selling of our condo and buying our dream home. We're beyond impressed with the whole process as she was able help us navigate the challenges of what could of been a very stressful transition. Here's what you can expect from this award winning agent. Purchase: Off the bat, Stephanie showed her experience in finding value and giving insights to the various listings we were considering. She worked with our numbers and went above and beyond her duty in helping us, even following up with our mortgage broker so that we could meet some tough deadlines. When it came to negotiations, she was fair but firm. Always respecting our budget and was never pushy. Despite being in a competitive bidding situation, we felt confident as she always gave sound advise. There are not many realtors who are willing to work with you until 10PM. That's the level of dedication she showed us through her actions. Selling: It all starts with staging the place to make it look spectacular. Stephanie came almost an hour before the photographer to help us declutter. The results showed and within a week we had almost a dozen requests for showings. She did a great job with filtering unqualified leads and worked with our busy schedules. When the offers came, she combed thoroughly with each sentence. We were both very assured with the terms as she was able to make the legal contracts easier to understand. Stephanie offered sound strategies to us which ultimately helped us accept a solid offer. Overall, we can't recommend Stephanie enough, she has been exemplary. You will be in good hands if ever considering buying or selling real estate.
