What You Need to Know

  • Late Penalty: 10% applied to payments received after July 2nd.
  • Bill Breakdown: Your bill reflects a 4.72% increase in the municipal portion, translating to an average of $9.33 more per month for most residential properties. It will also include levies from the province, regional district, library, and BC Assessment Authority.

Payment Options

  • Drop Box: Located at the main doors of City Hall.
  • Mail Cheque: Allow ample mailing time for receipt by July 2nd.
  • Online or Telephone Banking: Initiate payment well in advance (at least 3 business days) to ensure it reaches the City by the due date.
  • In-person at a Bank: Visit your local branch.
