This family is near and dear to our hearts at the Raine Real Estate Group, and seeing the happiness on their faces after everything is so rewarding. Our assistant's daughter's family wanted to move into a bigger home in the Upper Mission area. At the time, homes were priced much outside of their budget, so we decided to look at homes that would allow for a mortgage helper. This was during the winter, so homes were sitting on the market a little longer than normal market activity. In the end, we were able to negotiate a home without a suite for $87,400 less than its original list price. Combined with being on a crunch to sell their home in time, everyone won in the end! It was fast, but we were on the ball with an offer ready to go at a moment's notice.

This business asset sale and lease will always be quite memorable for me as PepperPot Grill has been a staple in the community here for over 20 years. I had dined there for years with my family and never thought I would have the opportunity to help my client retire from her long-lasting career. The business is being carried on in a similar fashion, with the same enthusiasm for the community and connecting over good food.
