Responsible Property Management
A Property Management company is responsible to the owners for all aspects of the management of Real Estate. Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty deals directly with Tenants as the agent of the Landlord and provides a buffer, allowing the property owner to maximize their profit and minimize contact with their Tenants. Our Property Management specialists will be the liaison between the Landlord and the Tenant in matters such as:
