With almost 8 km of public beaches on Okanagan Lake, Peachland has plenty of swimming, boating and even a "doggy" friendly beach available. Recreation is encouraged with a community centre, transit service, walking paths and parks along the beach, a creek side park, and two campgrounds. This friendly town of almost 5,000 people has a lively downtown with boutique shopping, restaurants, library, winery tours, spas, and craft and farmer markets.
Peachland is located on the shores of Okanagan Lake on Hwy 97, 25 km South of Kelowna and 40 km North of Penticton. It is 380 km East of Vancouver by highway and 130 km North of the U.S. border. It takes approximately 50-60 minutes to Kelowna Airport and approximately 30-45 minutes to downtown Kelowna.

Peachland has a flourishing arts and cultural community with galleries, a museum, library, boutique shops and craft and farmer's market within the vibrant downtown.
