In October of 2010, our team was working with buyers from out of town. They were being transferred to Kelowna in December of that year and needed a home for a family of four and a dog. We did our legwork to ensure that when the husband came to town on a short buying trip in late October, we had a concise list of great homes for the family to choose from. By listening to our clients' needs and understanding the market, we found the perfect home that the husband purchased (with his wife's permission) on our first day of house hunting. Having only one member of the family physically visit the home can be unnerving, but we had done our homework and knew just what kind of homes to show this family. We considered factors like location, features, value, and future growth. Today, Wilden is a thriving community, our buyers have loved the home, have grown their family, and still enjoy the home they purchased in 2010.

Our clients contacted us because we are deeply immersed in the Big White Ski Hill atmosphere. We know the Hill, understand the product, and live the lifestyle. Our clients were looking for a hassle-free property that offered ski-in/ski-out convenience, a modern build for minimal maintenance, and, most importantly, the space to create family memories. Our team surveyed the market but couldn't find the right home. So, we started reaching out to other Realtors and past clients who had purchased at Big White, hoping for leads. Luckily, we got wind of a unit in Snowpines that was coming to market. Before it did, our buyers had the opportunity to view the home, fell in love with it, and bought it without having to compete with other buyers. Now, our happy clients are still making cherished family memories in their wonderful chalet.

Our team has always been deeply involved in development work and collaborating with our builder partners. Finding suitable building lots in Kelowna can be quite a challenge. We're constantly exploring various avenues to secure the best locations for our partners, whether it's for custom or spec homes. We actively engage with existing developers to gain insights into new lots, collaborate with resellers looking to divest of building lots, and diligently search both the open and private markets. When we do discover an exceptional lot that aligns with our builders' needs, we present it to them and engage in discussions about the construction options. We provide consultation on floor plans, sightlines, and home features because the Watson Brothers Team is committed to ensuring that the end product is nothing less than the best. Our success, our builders' success, and the satisfaction of the end-users with their new homes are all interconnected.
